Super Bowl XLV Week Kicks Off with a Game of "Financial Football"

Dallas Cowboys' Felix Jones and Tashard Choice, Chicago Bears' Matt Forte and Lance Briggs, Visa Inc. to Showcase a Money Management Video Game for Students

On Monday, January 31, 2011 at 12:00 noon CST, Dallas Cowboys' Felix Jones and Tashard Choice, Chicago Bears' Matt Forte and Lance Briggs, Visa Inc., the NFL, and NFL PLAYERS will kick off Super Bowl XLV week at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel & Conference Center by playing a different type of football – "Financial Football." This free, interactive money management video game has an NFL theme and has been distributed to public high school students in twenty-nine states across the country, including Texas.

Jones, Choice, Forte and Briggs will share their personal experiences regarding the need for wise money management with students from Irving's Macarthur High School and Pearland High School before coaching them through the game, available online at www.practicalmoneyskills.com/football.

The centerpiece of Visa's nationwide educational initiative with the NFL and NFL PLAYERS, Financial Football helps students and adults tackle their financial futures. The game incorporates lessons taught through Practical Money Skills for Life (www.practicalmoneyskills.com), a free, award-winning money management program.
